Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the issuance by the National Energy Board of Amending Order AO-3-GC-3, which amends Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity GC-3, a copy of which is attached to this Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la délivrance par l’Office national de l’énergie de l’Ordonnance de modification AO-3-GC-3 ci-jointe, laquelle modifie le certificat d’utilité publique GC-3.
