Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsections 5(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act and 8(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into an agreement with the Government of Yukon for the purpose of amending the Agreement for Canada-Yukon Cooperation on Immigration, substantially in accordance with the annexed Temporary Foreign Worker Annex.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et 8(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, avec le gouvernement du Yukon, d’un accord visant à modifier l’Accord de collaboration Canada-Yukon en matière d’immigration, conforme en substance à l’Annexe concernant les travailleurs étrangers temporaires, ci-jointe.
