   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Graham Flack of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, to be styled Associate Deputy Minister of Public Safety, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($182,400 - $214,700), effective July 5, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Graham Flack, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de

sous-ministre délégué de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, devant porter le titre de sous-ministre délégué de la Sécurité publique, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (182 400 $ - 214 700 $), à compter du 5 juillet 2010.
