   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Anita Biguzs of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Transport, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($182,400 - $214,700), effective June 14, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Anita Biguzs, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre déléguée des Transports, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (182 400 $ - 214 700 $), à compter du 14 juin 2010.
