    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to sections 3 and 5 of the Farm Products Agencies Act, hereby

 (a)  appoints Laurent Pellerin of Bécancour, Quebec, to be a member of the National Farm Products Council to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years;

 (b)  designates Laurent Pellerin as chairman of the National Farm Products Council; and

 (c)  fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($165,400 - $194,700);

effective May 31, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Agriculture et de l'Agroalimentaire et en vertu des articles 3 et 5 de la Loi sur les offices des produits agricoles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

 a)  nomme Laurent Pellerin, de Bécancour (Québec), conseiller du Conseil national des produits agricoles, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans;

 b)  désigne Laurent Pellerin, président du Conseil national des produits agricoles;

 c)  fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (165 400 $ - 194 700 $);

à compter du 31 mai 2010.
