   Whereas Yousef Hashmi of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, was nominated by the Province of Prince Edward Island to be a member of the Advisory Committee of participating provinces and territories under the Canadian Securities Regulation Regime Transition Office Act;

   Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Canadian Securities Regulation Regime Transition Office Act, hereby appoints Yousef Hashmi of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, to be a member of the Advisory Committee of participating provinces and territories to hold office during pleasure.

   Attendu que la province de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard a recommandé, au titre de la Loi sur le Bureau de transition vers un régime canadien de réglementation des valeurs mobilières, que Yousef Hashmi, de Charlottetown (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), soit nommé membre du Comité consultatif des provinces et territoires participants ,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur le Bureau de transition vers un régime canadien de réglementation des valeurs mobilières, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme, à titre amovible, Yousef Hashmi, de Charlottetown (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), membre du Comité consultatif des provinces et territoires participants.
