   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby reappoints David Arthur Keirstead of Saint John, New Brunswick, as Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the New Brunswick Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Saint John, for a term of three years, effective August 1, 2010.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de David Arthur Keirstead, de Saint John (Nouveau-Brunswick), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale du Nouveau-Brunswick, et en particulier pour le district de Saint John, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 1^er août 2010.
