Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the amendment to the corporate plan of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited for the 2008-2009 planning period.
