Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in respect of the Netherlands Antilles on Exchange of Information in Tax Matters.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada de l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Royaume des Pays-Bas en ce qui concerne les Antilles néerlandaises sur l’échanges des renseignements en matière fiscale.
