                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada, pursuant to section 45.29 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, hereby

appoints Brooke McNabb of Ottawa, Ontario, to be full-time Vice-Chairman of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Public Complaints Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($97,900 - $115,200), effective May 21, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du solliciteur général du Canada et en vertu de l’article 45.29 de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Brooke McNabb, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-président à temps plein de la Commission des plaintes du public contre la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (97 900 $ - 115 200 $), à compter du 21 mai 2003.
