   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Neal W. Caldwell, de la ville de Saskatoon dans la province de la Saskatchewan, avocat, soit nommé juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel de la Saskatchewan, et juge d’office de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Neal W. Caldwell, of the City of Saskatoon, in the Province of Saskatchewan, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan.
