   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Canada Council for the Arts Act, hereby re-appoints Robert Sirman of Ottawa, Ontario, as Director of the Canada Council for the Arts to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective June 26, 2010, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($203,800 - $239,800).

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 5 et 6 de la Loi sur le Conseil des Arts du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Robert Sirman, d’Ottawa (Ontario), directeur du Conseil des Arts du Canada, à titre amovible, pour une période de quatre ans, à compter du 26 juin 2010, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (203 800 $ - 239 800 $).
