   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs, pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, hereby appoints Jean-Paul Arsenault of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, to be a permanent member of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective August 30, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Anciens Combattants et en vertu des articles 4 et 5 de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jean-Paul Arsenault, de Charlottetown (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), membre titulaire du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel) à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 30 août 2010.
