Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Final Agreement dated March 5, 2002, hereby sets apart for the use and benefit of the Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek, as a new reserve identified as Sand Point First Nation Reserve in the Province of Ontario, the lands described in the attached Schedules A and B, consisting of 986.648 hectares

(2,437.97 acres) of land, more or less, including mines and minerals, but subject to the right retained by Her Majesty in right of Ontario to flood and overflow the lands described in Schedule B as a result of changes to the regulated water level of Lake Nipigon.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Final Agreement daté du 5 mars 2002, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek, pour constituer la nouvelle réserve identifiée comme la réserve de la Première nation Sand Point, dans la province de l’Ontario, les terres délimitées aux annexes A et B ci-jointes, lesquelles sont constituées de plus ou moins 986 648 hectares

(2 437,97 acres) de terres, mines et minéraux compris, sous réserve du droit que conserve Sa Majesté du chef de l’Ontario d’inonder les terres décrites à l’annexe B à la suite de changements dans le niveau d’eau régulé du lac Nipigon.
