Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement dated September 22, 1992, hereby sets apart for the use and benefit of the Muskowekwan Band as Muskowekwan Indian Reserve No. 85-60 in the Province of Saskatchewan the lands described in the attached schedule, consisting of 61.770 hectares (152.64 acres), more or less, of surface lands, an undivided three fourths interest in all mines and minerals in 62.686 hectares (154.9 acres), more or less, and all mines and minerals in 2.064 hectares (5.1 acres), more or less.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement daté du 22 septembre 1992, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande Muskowekwan pour constituer la réserve indienne Muskowekwan n° 85-60, dans la province de la Saskatchewan, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées d’environ 61,770 hectares (152,64 acres) de surface d’un intérêt indivis correspondant aux trois quarts de l’ensemble des mines et minéraux sur une superficie d’environ 62,686 hectares (154,9 acres) et de l’ensemble des mines et minéraux sur une superficie d’environ 2,064 hectares (5,1 acres).
