                    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 2 of Part I of the Schedule to the Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency Proclamation, hereby reappoints Thomas S. Fleming of Beamsville, Ontario, to be a member of the Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, effective April 24, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l'article 2 de la Partie I de l’Annexe de la Proclamation de l’Office canadien de commercialisation des oeufs d’incubation de poulet de chair, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Thomas S. Fleming, de Beamsville (Ontario), membre de l'Office canadien de commercialisation des oeufs d'incubation de poulet de chair à titre amovible pour une période de deux ans, à compter du 24 avril 2003.
