   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Leonard Edwards of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Special Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs to be known as Personal Representative of the Prime Minister for the G8 and G20 Summits, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($235,000 - $276,500), effective June 4, 2010.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Leonard Edwards, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de conseiller spécial du ministre des Affaires étrangères devant porter le titre de représentant personnel du premier ministre pour les sommets du G8 et du G20, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (235 000 $ - 276 500 $), à compter du 4 juin 2010.
