Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 41(1) de la Loi sur le Yukon,

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme

l'honorable Beverley A. Browne, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de l’Alberta, juge adjointe de la Cour suprême du Yukon à titre inamovible jusqu’à l’âge de soixante-quinze ans.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 41(1) of the Yukon Act, hereby appoints the

Honourable Beverley A. Browne, a Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, to be a deputy judge of the Supreme Court of Yukon who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years.
