Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsections 5(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act and 8(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby approves that the

Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into an agreement with the Government of Nunavut for the purpose of extending the Canada-Nunavut immigration portal agreement, substantially in accordance with the annexed amending agreement, for a term ending on March 31, 2011.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des

paragraphes 5(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et 8(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, avec le gouvernement du Nunavut, d’un accord visant à prolonger l’accord

Canada-Nunavut sur le portail de l’immigration, conforme en substance à l’accord modificatif ci-joint, pour une période se terminant le 31 mars 2011.
