   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Daniel Jean of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Deputy Minister of the Administrative Services Review , to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($209,800 - $246,900), effective April 6, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Daniel Jean, de Gatineau (Québec), au poste de sous-ministre de l’examen des services administratifs , à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (209 800 $ - 246 900 $), à compter du 6 avril 2010.
