   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Department of Justice Act, hereby appoints Myles Kirvan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General of Canada, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($209,800 - $246,900), effective April 6, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l'article 3 de la Loi sur le ministère de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Myles Kirvan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre de la Justice et sous-procureur général du Canada, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (209 800 $ - 246 900 $), à compter du 6 avril 2010.
