Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 71‍(2) of the Canada National Parks Act, chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2000, hereby fixes March 26, 2010 as the day on which paragraph 17‍(1)‍(b) and the description of Wapusk National Park of Canada in Part 4 of Schedule 1 to that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu du paragraphe 71‍(2) de la Loi sur les parcs nationaux du C anada, chapitre 32 des Lois du Canada (2000), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 26 mars 2010 la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’alinéa 17‍(1)‍b‍) de cette loi et du texte décrivant le parc national Wapusk du Canada à la partie 4 de son annexe 1.
