Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby reappoints to the position of special adviser to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, Jocelyne Côté-O’Hara of Toronto, Ontario, as a member of the RCMP Reform Implementation Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of nine months, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($475 - $550), effective March 19, 2010.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l ~ alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau au poste de conseiller spécial du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Jocelyne Côté-O’Hara, de Toronto (Ontario), à titre de membre du Conseil de mise en œuvre de la réforme au sein de la GRC, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de neuf mois, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (475 $ - 550 $), à compter du 19 mars 2010.
