Her Excellency The Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to section 11 of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Foreign Affairs conclude, with the government of Quebec, the Entente Canada-Quebec relative au Programme de soutien au commerce mondial: Investissement Canada – Initiatives des communautés (ICIC), substantially in accordance with the annexed draft.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’article 11 de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Affaires étrangères à conclure, avec le gouvernement du Québec, l’Entente Canada-Québec relatif au Programme de soutien au commerce mondial : Investissement Canada - Initiatives des communautés (ICIC), conforme en substance au projet d’entente ci-joint.
