Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 372(1) of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, chapter 23 of the Statutes of Canada, 2009, hereby fixes the day after the day on which this Order is made as the day on which sections 300 to 302, 304 and 310, subsections 311(1), (3) and (4), the portion of section 313 before paragraph (a), paragraphs 313(c), (e), (g), (i), (k), (m), (o), (q), (t), (v), (x), (z), (z.02), (z.04), (z.1), (z.5) and (z.8) and sections 361 to 371 of the Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 372(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les organisations à but non lucratif, chapitre 23 des Lois du Canada (2009), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe à la date du lendemain de la prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 300 à 302, 304 et 310, des paragraphes 311(1), (3) et (4), du passage de l’article 313 précédant l’alinéa a), des alinéas 313c), e), g), i), k), m), o), q), t), v), x), z), z.02), z.04), z.1), z.5) et z.8) et des articles 361 à 371 de cette loi.
