   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the

recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 31(1) of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation Act, hereby fixes the salary of John Lynn, Chief Executive Officer, Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($167,300 - $196,900), effective January 1, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 31(1) de la Loi sur la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe le traitement de John Lynn, premier dirigeant de la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (167 300 $ - 196 900 $), à compter du 1^er janvier 2010.
