                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves the granting by the National Capital Commission of two consecutive five-year extensions to an existing five-year lease with Ottawa Biotechnology Incubation Centre Inc. in respect of the real property described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la Commission de la capitale nationale à octroyer deux prolongations consécutives de cinq ans au bail existant de cinq ans avec « Ottawa Biotechnology Incubation Centre Inc. » concernant le bien réel décrit à l’annexe ci-jointe, selon les conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale juge satisfaisantes.
