The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, hereby submits to Your Excellency the Supplementary Estimates (C) of sums required to defray expenses of the public service of Canada for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2010 and advises that Your Excellency recommend those Estimates to the House of Commons in accordance with section 54 of the Constitution Act, 1867.

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor, le Comité du Conseil privé présente à Votre Excellence le Budget supplémentaire des dépenses (C) faisant état des fonds nécessaires au financement de l’administration publique fédérale pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2010 et conseille à Votre Excellence de recommander ce budget à la Chambre des communes conformément à l’article 54 de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867.
