Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission grant one option of five years to extend, commencing on January 1, 2013, to the existing five-year lease with the City of Ottawa for the premises located at 35 George Street in Ottawa, as described in the schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale et aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une option de prolongation de cinq ans à compter du 1^er janvier 2013 du bail de cinq ans en cours avec la Ville d’Ottawa visant le bien-fonds situé au 35, rue George à Ottawa, dont la désignation officielle figure à l’annexe ci-jointe..
