Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission grant two options of five years each, commencing on April 1, 2012 and on April 1, 2017, to extend the existing lease with 1770685 Ontario Inc. for the operation of a pub and restaurant on the premises located at 431 Sussex Drive in Ottawa, as described in the schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale et aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, de deux options de prolongation de cinq ans chacune, commençant respectivement le 1^er avril 2012 et le 1^er avril 2017, du bail en cours avec la société 1770685 Ontario Inc. pour l’exploitation d’un pub et d’un restaurant visant le bien-fonds situé au 431, promenade Sussex, à Ottawa, et dont la désignation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
