                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves the granting by the National Capital Commission of a five-year option to renew an existing five-year lease with The Westend Church in respect of the real property described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la Commission de la capitale nationale à octroyer une option de renouvellement de cinq ans au bail existant de cinq ans avec « The Westend Church » concernant le bien réel décrit à l’annexe ci-jointe, selon les conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale juge satisfaisantes.
