Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 452 of An Act to amend the law governing financial institutions and to provide for related and consequential matters (“the Act”), chapter 6 of the Statutes of Canada, 2007, hereby fixes March 1, 2010 as the day on which subsections 422(1) to (4) of the Act, subsection 4(3) of the Canadian Payments Act, as enacted by section 423 of the Act, sections 427 and 428, subsections 429(3) and 430(2) and (3) and section 431 of the Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 452 de la Loi modifiant la législation régissant les institutions financières et comportant des mesures connexes et corrélatives (la « Loi »), chapitre 6 des Lois du Canada (2007), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er mars 2010 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 422(1) à (4) de la Loi, du paragraphe 4(3) de la Loi canadienne sur les paiements, édicté par l’article 423 de la Loi, et des articles 427 et 428, des paragraphes 429(3), 430(2) et (3) et de l’article 431 de la Loi.
