Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 59(3.2) and paragraph 59(3.4)(a) of the Excise Tax Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Ships’ Stores Regulations (Canadian Coast Guard).

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 59(3.2) et de l’alinéa 59(3.4)a) de la Loi sur la taxe d'accise, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les provisions de bord (Garde côtière canadienne), ci-après.
