   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(4) of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec Act, hereby appoints Suzanne Vinet of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($206,700 - $243,200), effective March 1, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des paragraphes 9(1) et 9(4) de la Loi sur l’Agence de développement économique du Canada pour les régions du Québec, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Suzanne Vinet, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente de l’Agence de développement économique du Canada pour les régions du Québec, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (206 700 $ - 243 200 $), à compter du 1^er mars 2010.
