                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the Corporate Plans of

(a) The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited for the period beginning on April 1, 2003 and ending on March 31, 2008;

(b) The Seaway International Bridge Corporation, Ltd. for the period beginning on January 1, 2003 and ending on December 31, 2007; and

(c) The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated for the period beginning on April 1, 2003 and ending on March 31, 2008;

in accordance with the decision of the Treasury Board at its meeting of May 1, 2003.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve, conformément à la décision prise par le Conseil du Trésor à sa réunion du 1^er mai 2003, les plans d’entreprise de :

a) La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, pour la période commençant le 1^er avril 2003 et se terminant le 31 mars 2008;

b) La Corporation du Pont international de la Voie maritime, Ltée, pour la période commençant le 1^er janvier 2003 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2007;

c) Les Ponts Jacques Cartier et Champlain Incorporée, pour la période commençant le 1^er avril 2003 et se terminant le 31 mars 2008.
