Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 46 of the Yukon Act, hereby

(a) approves the relinquishment of the administration and control, from the Commissioner of Yukon to Her Majesty in right of Canada, in perpetuity, of the public real property described in the annexed schedule; and

(b) identifies the Minister of the Environment as the federal Minister who will have the administration of the public real property referred to in paragraph (a).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 46 de la Loi sur le Yukon, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) agrée la renonciation, à perpétuité, par le commissaire du Yukon à Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, de la gestion et de la maîtrise des biens réels domaniaux décrits à l’annexe ci-jointe;

b) précise que les biens réels domaniaux visés à l’alinéa a) sont confiés à la gestion du ministre de l’Environnement.
