Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 11 of the Statistics Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Industry, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, enter into agreements with the governments of the Province of Manitoba and the Province of Alberta for the exchange of statistical information between Statistics Canada and the statistical agencies of these provinces concerning social and economic activities, which agreements are substantially in the form set out in Schedules 1 and 2.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 11 de la Loi sur la statistique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de l’Industrie, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, d’accords avec les gouvernements du Manitoba et de l’Alberta concernant l’échange entre Statistique Canada et les organismes des statistique de ces provinces de renseignements statistiques sur leurs activités sociales et économiques, lesquels accords sont conformes en substance aux projets d’accord figurant aux annexes 1 et 2.
