   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 7 of the International Boundary Waters Treaty Act, hereby fixes the salary of the Honourable Joseph Comuzzi, P.C., Chairman and Commissioner of the International Joint Commission, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($187,500 - $220,600), effective January 15, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi du traité des eaux limitrophes internationales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe le traitement de l’honorable Joseph Comuzzi, c.p., président et commissaire de la Commission mixte internationale, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (187 500 $ - 220 600 $), à compter du 15 janvier 2010.
