                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 8.3(2) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Finance enter into, on behalf of the Government of Canada, an agreement to amend the sales tax harmonization agreements, each entitled Comprehensive Integrated Tax Coordination Agreement, concluded with the Governments of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 8.3(2) de la Loi sur les arrangements fiscaux entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre des Finances, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord modifiant les accords d’harmonisation de la taxe de vente conclus avec les gouvernements de la Nouvelle-Écosse, du Nouveau-Brunswick et de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador et portant tous le titre entente intégrée globale de coordination fiscale, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
