Her Excellency the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 44 and 44.01 of the Judges Act, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2009-1765 of October 22, 2009, by replacing the date “August 20, 2009” with the date “August 19, 2009” in the third paragraph and by replacing the date “August 21, 2009” with the date “August 20, 2009” in the last paragraph.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 44 et 44.01 de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le troisième paragraphe du décret C.P. 2009-1765 du 22 octobre 2009 en remplaçant la date du 20 août 2009 par la date du 19 août 2009 et modifie le dernier paragraphe en remplaçant la date du 21 août 2009 par celle du 20 août 2009.
