    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 7 and Article VII of the Schedule to the International Boundary Waters Treaty Act, hereby appoints the Honourable Joseph Comuzzi, P.C., of Thunder Bay, Ontario, as a Commissioner of the International Joint Commission for a term of four years, and fixes his employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule effective January 15, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 7 et de l’Article VII de l’Annexe de la Loi du traité des eaux limitrophes internationales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Joseph Comuzzi, c.p., de Thunder Bay, (Ontario), commissaire de la Commission mixte internationale pour un mandat de quatre ans, et fixe ses conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 15 janvier 2010.
