   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 4(1) of the Export Development Act, hereby approves the reappointment by the Minister for International Trade of Norman Betts of Storeytown, New Brunswick, as a director of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective February 9, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre du Commerce international de Norman Betts, de Storeytown (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 9 février 2010.
