   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with organizations representative of employees, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(d) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, hereby appoints Cynthia Catherine Oliver of Burnaby, Britsh Columbia, to be a part-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, et

en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)d) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Cynthia Catherine Oliver, de Burnaby (Colombie-Britannique), membre à temps partiel du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
