Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to approve, for Canada, the Amendment to the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l = approbation, pour le Canada de l = Amendement à la Convention sur la future coopération multilatérale dans les pêches de l = Atlantique Nord-Ouest.
