   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 23 of the Museums Act, hereby approves the reappointment by the Board of Trustees of the Canadian Museum of Civilization of Victor Rabinovitch of Ottawa, Ontario, as Director of the Canadian Museum of Civilization, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending May 22, 2011, and approves his remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range CEO 4 ($197,800 - $232,700), effective April 3, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 23 de la Loi sur les musées, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le conseil d’administration du Musée canadien des civilisations de Victor Rabinovitch, d’Ottawa (Ontario), directeur du Musée canadien des civilisations, à titre amovible, pour une période se terminant le 22 mai 2011, et approuve son traitement au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (197 800 $ - 232 700 $), à compter du 3 avril 2010.
