   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for the purposes of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency Act, pursuant to section 28 of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation Act, hereby approves the

re-appointment by the Minister for the purposes of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency Act of Eva June (Mauger) Landry of St. Peter’s, Nova Scotia, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation to hold office for a term of three years, effective February 9, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre chargé de l’application de la Loi sur l’Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique et en vertu de l’article 28 de la Loi sur la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre chargé de l’application de la Loi sur l’Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique d’Eva June (Mauger) Landry, de St. Peter’s (Nouvelle-Écosse), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 9 février 2010.
