Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada appointed by Commission under the Great Seal to be the Minister for the purposes of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency Act and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the amendment to the corporate plan of the Cape Breton Development Corporation for the period beginning on April 1, 2009 and ending on March 31, 2014.

Sur recommandation du membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada chargé, par commission sous le grand sceau, de l’application de la Loi sur l’Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise modifié de la Société de développement du Cap-Breton pour la période commençant le 1^er avril 2009 et se terminant le 31 mars 2014.
