Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 48(2)(a) of the Broadcasting Act, hereby approves that the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation enter into an agreement to lease with 1804211 Ontario Inc., for the lease, by 1804211 Ontario Inc., of a portion of the real property of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation located within the Broadcasting Centre at 250 Front Street West in Toronto, Ontario, for a term of 20 years with two options to renew the lease for two further periods of five years each, for a total consideration in excess of $4,000,000.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 48(2) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la Société Radio-Canada à conclure un contrat de bail avec 1804211 Ontario Inc., relativement à la location d’une partie d’un bien immeuble de la Société Radio-Canada par 1804211 Ontario Inc. situé dans le Centre canadien de radiodiffusion au 250 rue Front Ouest à Toronto (Ontario), d’une durée de 20 ans, comprenant deux options de renouvellement pour deux périodes supplémentaires de cinq ans chacune et d’une valeur totale dépassant quatre millions de dollars (4 000 000 $).
