Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to ratify, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Eighth Additional Protocol to the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union, the First Additional Protocol to the General Regulations of the Universal Postal Union, the Universal Postal Convention, and the Final Protocol to the Universal Postal Convention.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à ratifier, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, le Huitième Protocole additionnel à la Constitution de l’Union postale universelle, le Premier Protocole additionnel au Règlement général de l’Union postale universelle, la Convention postale universelle et le Protocole final de la Convention postale universelle.
