   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Vote No. 65 of Appropriation Act No. 3, 1976, hereby appoints Suzanne Clément of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Coordinator, Office of the Coordinator (Status of Women Canada), to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 7 ($159,700 - $187,900), effective December 14, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du crédit n^o 65 de la Loi n^o 3 de 1976 portant affectation de crédits, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Suzanne Clément, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de coordonnatrice, Bureau de la coordonnatrice de la condition féminine, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle GC 7 (159 700 $ - 187 900 $), à compter du 14 décembre 2009.
